Hello All - welcome to my new page promoting and encouraging people to try YOGA at Soma-Kai.
We have been up and running for almost two years now and I love seeing the regular class members as well as inviting and encouraging participation from new people. YOGA really is for EVERY BODY and people should not be put off by the overly slim and flexible images on the internet.
The current Hatha Flow classes are building in popularity with new people coming on board every week. This is wonderful to see - our Wednesday class is especially popular! This style is great for all levels and experience, a great introduction for those totally new to yoga as well.
Very soon (and how exiting) I will be introducing Xen Strength classes. This exciting program designed and championed by Danielle Diamond is really going to do it for the yoga / fitness cross overs:
