YOGA is for EVERY BODY

You do not need to be super slim and flexible. Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. Our classes are aimed at all levels are we pride ourselves on having a very supportive group, that is friendly and welcoming - after all we all started somewhere!

My name is Kellie Spark and I am the Instructor at YOGA at Soma-Kai. I have a Diploma of Yoga having completed my studies with Swami Prema Ananda. I am also adding to this by completing a course in Xen Strength with Danielle Diamond. This 200 hour certified course will add another dimension to what we currently offer and is an exciting step.

I also hold a Health and Wellness Coaching Diploma from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) - so I can also assist with helping you become healthy and happy on a number of levels.

I firmly  believe that happiness is and inside job - but hey, who doesn't need support on the journey?

My Journey

 

I come to YOGA later in life having been diagnosed with hip dysplasia - and I am so happy that I finally found it! Yoga allows me to stay fit and healthy, breath like my body was intended to and be calm even in the most trying situations. I love helping others on their journey...it is great to see the transformations in mind, body and soul.
